NEW DELHI: Chinese online video content service LeTV is gearing up to bring its lineup of smartphones to the Indian market.
It appears the company is also working on a new smartphone that will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and will come with 6GB of RAM.
According to rumours, the new phone is expected to feature a full-metal body and sport a 2.5D curved screen with frameless look that we’ve seen in Oppo R7 Plus and Vivo X5 Pro phones.
The phone will also feature a 360 degree rotating camera that will allow users to take selfies with the primary camera. The phone’s base variant will have 32GB storage . The availability details are not known at this time.
LeTV had launched LeTV One, One Max and Pro phones in April. The company plans to bring its content ecosystem to India and had said that it was chalking out plans for the same. The company will release an international version of its phones with support for Google and other apps by year-end and introduce it in India.
